How will it lose belly?
The belly certainly is one of the things that more preoccupies us. Fat (a), with that enormous belly it is sad. Barriguinha of beer, that sedentary belly. Jesus!!!
There is no miracle … the basic thing is always the same thing: to eat well (avoiding fat, sugar, salt), to be exercised, to do abdominal, to avoid dinner, drink alcólica and refrigerant, besides water after the meals.
